THE BIGGEST LIARS IN THE ZODIAC
Could it be Scorpio?
Every sign of the Zodiac has the capacity to tell lies. They may do it for different reasons and in different ways, but they all do it. This is part eight of a twelve part series in which we will see how any Sun sign could become the “biggest liar in the Zodiac.”
The Scorpio Liar
For Scorpio, the line between truth and falsehood is never clear. They regard every fact, every statement, every opinion as layered with meaning and subject different interpretations according to the psychological state of the observer. Who’s to say what’s true of false?
At the same time, however, Scorpios are devoted to looking for the truth, to digging deep beneath appearance to find the pure, solid truths that rule our natural, our emotional and our spiritual worlds. This sort of truth is extremely important to Scorpio and not to be taken lightly.
For this reason, Scorpio people are emphatically, and sometimes painfully honest. “In a world full of mysteries,” they wonder, “why would anyone add to the confusion by consciously telling a lie?”
Another reason Scorpio hesitate to tell lies is the fact that they are so quick to see through the pretentions and misrepresentations of other people. It’s a rare person who can get away with lying to a Scorpio. The Scorpio person is apt to think, “If these lies are so obvious to me, can’t everyone else see them?”
Of course, not all Scorpio folks share this assumption. Some recognize the special ability they have and how vulnerable the rest of are to a well-told falsehood. These clever Scorpio might start to see lying as means of gaining power over other people and the temptation to use this power can become overwhelming.
If a Scorpio decides to lie; their keen awareness of what makes human nature can make their lies devastatingly effective. This is why the Scorpio liar is the most dangerous liar of all.
A historic example of a Scorpio liar was Senator Joseph McCarthy. McCarthy (born Nov. 14, 1908) gained huge political clout in the 1950s by claiming to have a list of communist infiltrators who were working within the federal government. His list turned out to be mostly a fiction but, for a while, his lie gave McCarthy the power to ruin the lives of many innocent people.
An even scarier Scorpio liar is Charlie Manson (born Nov. 12, 1934,) the diminutive ex-con who convinced a group of confused young people that he was some sort of a prophet. Mansion’s lies led to the bloody murder of six people.
These two examples provide us with an excellent reason to be glad that Scorpio folks, as a rule, avoid telling lies. Keep this in mind next time a Scorpio friends tells you a particular unpleasant truth.
